SHIPPING

A Little Lem ships to most countries worldwide from The Hague, The Netherlands. Packages are sent through a reputable parcel and will be send with a track and trace code. This normally takes 3 to 5 working days to destinations worldwide, excluding any time your package may spend at customs.

A Little Lem charges the following shipping costs:
Netherlands – €4,95
Europe – €9,95
The rest of the world – €19,95

Please note that you’re responsible for any tax and duty fees on orders required to go through customs. A Little Lem is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. 

Your satisfaction matters. If you need your order by a specific date, please email A Little Lem at info@alittlelem.com. I’ll do my best to make it work. 

All items are shipped within 7 working days of your purchase, excluding national Dutch holidays.

Unless agreed otherwise, custom made jewelry is shipped within 3 to 4 weeks of your purchase.

RETURNS

3 month warranty for silver jewelry 

A Little Lem jewelry in silver is warranted for 3 months from the date of shipping against any defects, like loose stones or if your jewelry arrives in less than stellar condition due to mishandling. Simply put, if I made a mistake, I’m committed to fixing it.

The warranty doesn’t cover scratches, dullness of metals or stones, or jewelry that has been stolen, lost, dropped or damaged in any other way.

Having your jewelry resized, altered or repaired by another jeweler voids the A Little Lem warranty. 

I do a strict quality control before I package and ship every single item, and I make sure your stones and metals are at their most beautiful before being wrapped up. To claim a warrant, please email  info@alittlelem.com with a description of what happened, a photo and your order number, so I can help make it right.

12 month warranty for gold jewelry

A Little Lem jewelry in solid gold is warranted for 12 months from the date of shipping against any defects, like loose stones or if your jewelry arrives in less than stellar condition due to mishandling. Simply put, if I made a mistake, I’m committed to fixing it.

Easy returns

Is your jewelry not quite the right size or not quite what you expected? A Little Lem accepts returns on ready-stock items within 14 days of receiving your order. If the jewelry is meant as a gift and you need more time, please let me know beforehand. I’ll be happy to extend the return period for you. 

Please email info@alittlelem.com with your order number and why you’d like to return it. To be eligible for a return, your jewelry must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. This means free from scratches, blemishes, sizing or alterations, and without signs of wear or tear. It must also be in the original packaging. I don’t accept returns on custom made jewelry. 

Custom made jewelry

Unfortunately, commissioned pieces and custom orders (including engraved pieces and special ring sizes) are non-refundable. 

I do want you to love your piece. If the item is damaged or I made a mistake, I’ll work with you to fix it. If you need resizing, or need further work to perfection your custom order, please email info@alittlelem.com

There’s a 48 hour time window for you to cancel your custom order at no cost. A bespoke piece is handmade especially for you, so once production starts it can’t be cancelled.
